Andrew Oswald of the University of Warwick in Coventry, UK worked on a study involving 12,000 adults. The participants kept food diaries and were questioned regarding their lifestyles and mental health. After two years, those who consumed up to eight portions of fruits and vegetable a day felt more satisfied than the others. It is no wonder that countries with diets that include more vegetables are known to be happier than those who have unhealthier food choices.

Chromium

Most commonly found in tomatoes, lycopene is an natural antioxidant that reduces the chances of getting cancer and improves overall health.

Berries are commonly called super fruits that enhance the brains ability to think and process information faster. This increases productivity which in turn makes you feel satisfied and content.
