Fishless Sushi Recipe You Must Try


Sushi is quite an acquired taste. Although you may love seafood, eating them raw and rolled up is a totally different experience. For those who have acquired the taste, the good news is that it comes with a lot of health benefits. The seaweed wrapper (Nori) has a high concentration of iodine and the ginger and wasabi are known to contain numerous antioxidants as well as minerals and vitamins. If you haven’t reached the point in which you can eat this delicacy and enjoy it, the reason is likely because of the fish. Here is a fishless sushi recipe that may be more to your liking.

What you need:

  • ½ pounds of ground beef
  • 2 sticks of string cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • BBQ sauce
  • crushed potato chips

What to do:

  • Arrange the pieces of bacon on the sushi rolling mat
  • Marinate the beef with your favorite spices
  • To roll the bacon, put a thin layer on of the beef on the bacon, adding cheese in the middle
  • Roll it into a long roll using the sushi mat
  • Cook over low heat for 25 minutes
  • When cooked, glaze with BBQ sauce heating for another 10 minutes and apply another coating halfway
  • Roll the finished roll into the crushed potato chips
  • Slice into smaller rolls and serve with bbq dipping
